Breastfeeding 101 Classes
Learn the Essential skills you need to meet your breastfeeding / lactation goals in this 2.5 hour class. This class goes above and beyond what you may have learned in your Prenatal Childbirth Class. Available as a group or private class.
Prenatal & Postpartum Breastfeeding Consultations
Prenatal Appointments discuss your goals for feeding your baby in this 1:1 consultation. This takes into account your personal circumstances & goals when creating your breastfeeding care plan to help you meet your goals.
Postpartum Appointments are offered for families who want to ensure that breastfeeding is going well, or need help overcoming challenges (at any time during their feeding journey). A full assessment will be done for the parent, baby, and feeding session. A breastfeeding care plan is provided specific to your feeding goals and realities.
Services are available for all birthing, adoptive, or surrogate families.
Quick Calls
Quick Calls (15-20 minutes) are available to families Canada-wide who have questions about feeding their baby that do not require a full consultation. For more in-depth concerns, a full breastfeeding consult may be recommended.
‘Complete’ Breastfeeding Support Package
This service is available for families who desire as much support as possible to ensure they have the help they need to provide them with a more positive experience feeding their baby up to the first year after birth. This service is customized to the needs of the family and helps to support their feeding goals.
Services can include a combination of prenatal / postpartum breastfeeding consultations (up to 1-year after birth), plus additional text/email/phone support before and after birth.
Unlimited Text/Email/Phone Support
Get answers to questions as they arise from a Certified Breastfeeding Specialist via Text/Email/or Phone Support. Available during standard business hours 9am-9pm daily including weekends.
The following services are available for GENERAL breastfeeding questions, resources, and knowledge. If a more complex breastfeeding situation is suspected, a consultation or referral will be suggested. These services do not replace the need for a Breastfeeding 101 Class or a Breastfeeding Consultation. Phone calls are limited to 15 minutes and do not include assessments.
